Welcome to Allinotte Law Office and thanks for visiting our site. I am Michele R.J. Allinotte, the founder of Allinotte Law Office and I would like to share with you a little bit about what makes this firm different and unique.

I have worked in law firms in other cities, but I have chosen to make my life in my hometown. While I was successful working at other law firms, I felt like there was something missing, like there was something more, that there were ways I could better serve my clients.

That is why I decided to open Allinotte Law Office. As the founder of this firm, I am committed to providing the kind of service and environment that I want when I am a consumer. Allinotte Law Office focuses on service, value, and communication, and on creating affordable and lasting relationships between lawyer and client.

Service is the focus of the entire team at Allinotte Law Office, beginning with the initial meeting, and often even with the first phone call.

For estate planning clients, the first meeting begins with a Peace of Mind Planning Session to determine what plan is needed to protect your most important assets, be they your business, your property, or your family. For business clients, your first meeting would be Your Business Audit to determine if your business has the right legal, insurance, financial and tax foundation. Real Estate clients are welcome to participate in a Real Estate 101 meeting at our office so that all of your questions about buying and selling a home can be answered.

Value is the focus of our billing structure at Allinotte Law Office. With extremely limited exceptions, fees are billed on a flat fee basis, which is agreed to in advance so there are no surprises on your bill. Our unique fixed fee membership programs allow clients to retain counsel for ongoing advice in important family, business and financial decisions.
